Our Credit Points Service is designed for clients who regularly require construction estimating and tender preparation support and want fast, priority access to our services without the need to agree a quotation for every enquiry.

By purchasing credit points in advance, you secure priority access to our estimating team, allowing us to respond quickly when new tender opportunities arise. This provides a simple, flexible, and efficient way to manage your tender preparation requirements throughout the year.

Credit Point Price: As of 09/01/2025, each point costs £350 (exc VAT)

How It Works

When you submit a tender enquiry, we assess the project documentation and determine the level of complexity required to prepare a professional estimate and tender submission. Each enquiry is categorised as one of the following:

• Easy – 2 credit points + expenses

• Medium – 4 credit points + expenses

• Hard – 6 or more credit points + expenses, depending on the size and complexity of the project.

Credit points are only deducted once we commence pricing your project. The number of points required will be confirmed following our assessment of the enquiry.

Priority Service

Clients who purchase credit points receive priority access to our estimating and tender preparation services, helping to ensure that urgent opportunities can be accommodated wherever possible. This is particularly beneficial during busy tender periods, providing confidence that professional estimating support is readily available when you need it.

Credit Validity

• Credit points are purchased in advance and remain valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase.

• Points are deducted only when we begin preparing an estimate or tender for an accepted enquiry.

• Any unused credit points expire at the end of the six-month validity period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
