We provide professional construction estimating and tender preparation services to support contractors in producing accurate, competitive, and compliant tender submissions. Whether you require assistance with a single project or ongoing estimating support, our service is available on a flexible day-rate basis.

Day Rate: From £230 per day (exc VAT)

A standard working day comprises 7.5 hours of estimating and tender preparation services. This includes activities such as reviewing tender documentation, quantity take-offs, pricing, subcontractor and supplier enquiries, programme support, risk assessments, and preparation of tender submission documents, as agreed.

Expenses and Disbursements

The client is responsible for all reasonable expenses incurred in connection with the preparation of a tender. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Site visits and associated travel costs.

• Third-party professional services, including but limited to designs, drawings, surveys, and specialist consultancy.

• Supplier, subcontractor, or statutory fees where applicable.

• Any other project-specific costs required to prepare a complete and accurate tender submission.

Such costs will either be invoiced directly to the client where possible or recharged at cost.

Travel

The daily rate does not include travel time or travel-related expenses.

• Mileage is charged at £0.25 per mile - or the government rate per mile.

• Where overnight accommodation is reasonably required due to the location or duration of the works, we reserve the right to recharge the cost of accommodation and any associated reasonable expenses to the client.

Any significant travel or accommodation requirements will be discussed and agreed with the client in advance wherever practicable.
