  • Any project which is estimated to be less than £500k where you already have the design, including drawings, specifications, or work schedules and simply may need our help with fine tuning technical or specific parts of the build.

    Bellewood is happy to build relationships with all multidisciplinary teams and support a project’s successful delivery.

  • Our team and partners are experts when it comes to fit out. Whether it is advice on Building Standards and designing a compliant package; or simply helping you Value Engineer your existing design - Bellewood will be glad to help and support you through your project’s initial stages all the way up to completion.

  • Generally speaking from our experience, a complete fit out can take anywhere from 8 - 12 weeks. We will however work with you and encourage better planning and coordination to improve this time scale.

  • Upon engaging in a Negotiation/Tender with us, we analyse each element of work and propose design solutions for any outstanding issues along with our costs which hugely depend on various factor such as Complexity; Finishes; Area; Surroundings and much more.

    Once you are happy with our proposal and the contract process is complete, we will prepare for mobilisation.
