Our zero-snags policy prioritises our clients by dedicating our efforts to delivering a superior customer experience. We recognise that achieving this goal is contingent upon ensuring complete satisfaction with every aspect of our service.

We will hold ourselves accountable for maintaining quality and managing time effectively, while also motivating our supply chain to adopt similar standards. We will challenge ourselves and our partners to carry out perfect execution on the first attempt instead of making corrections afterward.

The policy mandates that we and our entire supply chain must address all snags proactively and rectify these during the construction phase well before the project is handed over. We will designate a responsible person(s) for overseeing snag management throughout the project, ensuring that any issues are rectified promptly. Thus, minimising any disruption and inconvenience for our clients once the project is handed over.
