Depending on your requirements, our Construction Management service may require us to act as the Principal Contractor (under the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015, or CDM 2015). We would also prepare construction phase programmes; determining requirements for site facilities; breaking down the project into suitable works packages; obtaining and evaluating tenders; coordinating and supervising the works during construction phase; valuations etc.
Under this service, all trades and contractors are directly appointed and contracted by yourself but we simply act as a consultant to plan and coordinate the contracts, supervise the construction process and costs and ensure coordination between the design team with contractors.

We can utilise all standard contract forms (Particularly all forms of JCT 2016 and latest revisions in 2024) and can provide guidance on selecting the most appropriate contract for specific projects.
